Starting over again: new neighbors become curious about cassie, her daughter and their mysterious ways in the series premiere of this drama based on the "good witch" series of cable movies. Apologies and remembrances: the heritage festival is held. Meanwhile, a frightened young woman stays at grey house, and an elderly resident who's returned to town seems to.

Cassie nightingale, middleton's favorite enchantress, and her young-teenage daughter grace, who shares that same special intuition as her mom, welcome dr. Sam radford and his son to town. When the new york transplants move in next to the grey house, they are immediately spellbound by the mother-daughter duo next door, but sam and cassie quickly find they may not see eye to eye. With her signature charm, cassie attempts to bring everyone together, ensuring all of middleton is in for new changes, big surprises and, of course, a little bit of magic! based on the good witch series of cable movies.

Bewitched has often been imitated but never successfully duplicated (thank goodness!). Here's a bit of the history behind the related shows which have come & gone since bewitched ended in 1972. After bewitched ended, 1973 brought us a saturday morning special (airing once) from hanna barbara entitled "tabitha and adam and the clown family", which had the 2 stephens kids singing in the circus (huh?).

What can i say? i love this show. It's nice to have it on dvd to watch whenever i feel like it. Looking forward to the release of season 2 dvd after the season is over on tv! if you're not familiar with the show, it's about a woman who has exceptional empathy and a little bit of what you might call clairvoyance. It's not actually "magic" or "witchcraft" although they do sometimes play with those tropes, like that she has an unusual looking broom, a black cat, and loves halloween. The show is very character driven and very engaging, with funny and poignant moments. Be sure to pay attention to every episode, as a lot of story ground gets covered in every single scene. Sometimes it gets a bit schmaltzy, and sometimes predictable, but most of the time it has enough fun twists and turns to keep you engaged. It's basically a good family drama -- better than a soap opera but not quite so overwrought as soaps usually are. And cleaner; you could watch this with your tween kids and not feel like you had to cover their eyes. :-).

Catherine bell reprises her role of cassie nightingale in this series based on `the good witch' franchise of made-for-tv movies. Nightingale, the titular sorceress, embarks on a magical journey with teenage daughter grace, who shares her mother's intuitive charm. When divorced dr. Sam radford and his teenage son move next door, they are quickly drawn to the nightingales' unique prowess.

Making it just in time for the opening ceremony and avoiding expulsion, akko, lotte, and sucy learn that they will be roommates for the next three years.
