In my opinion, the songs on this particular list are the best of the best songs of all time as of now. Not my 100 favorite songs, but the best songs.
Musically, the '90s had everything: you started off the decade with lots of hip-hop and r&b, saw the grunge rock explosion in the middle years, and ended as boy bands and girl groups were just starting to heat up.
